I HAVE LOST SOMEONE TO SUICIDE
grief in an
individual way
Just as we are all individual people we all feel grief in an individual way. What you are feeling may be completely different to someone else or it may be similar. Grief is part of the human condition, and we all experience it differently.
The length of time you grieve for someone is also unique, it is a very personal thing which only you can feel and as such there is no golden rule about how long someone should grieve and how we respond to grief.
